    Thanks Choosie. That confirms that the issue is beyond the councils means and needs to seek advice from a higher party(Mining department) as this expanding mining process that BAU is going through is beyond the councils means. Also confirms there was no rejection and once again pure blatant inaccuracies from the media. Thanks for the link
