    Hi Zoom,
    An interesting announcement from the company.
    Especially if you read the minutes of the 25th Nov council meeting.
    Lets assume that the councils decision isn't overturned, keeping in mind that this was a decision made under its town planning rules, ie not on just on environmental grounds.
    So company appeals.
    Is that appeal going to be an attempt to appeal on town planning rules, or an eventual appeal to the minister to overturn the planning rules?[not the same thing]
    Would the fact that the sample shipments would no longer be coming from the area to be mined, cause them any problems if they were unable to mine in the same area?

    As above, I'm assuming the company will appeal . Question is how long that appeal process is likely to take?
    And would a 1 to 2 year delay make much difference?
