Being a major share holder HH would only have to advise if they purchased more than 1% (unless they were making a takeover) is my understanding, but I have been wrong plenty of times before and most probably in the future too.
In saying that I'd like to know if they bought, so maybe another telephone call to the company for an update might be the go.
