For now don't worry about how much it's worth. 600,000 cubic feet of gas per day is not commercial and they are unlikely to be able to sell it at all unless they prove up more from the other wells. That's where they stopped a couple of years ago after they ran into problems, but they also said that they wanted to fast track things to take advantage of the then high gas prices.
The whole story can be different now with Livingstone as operator.
If they can confirm commercially viable production rates, watch the sp skyrocket, but don't expect too much just yet.
