Genuine well wisher for this company...have a question :
Since when has increased Inventory been a cause for increase in losses?
Basic accounting knowledge says that Inventory , being a capital item, sits on the Balance Sheet, and does not hit Profit and Loss account, unless there is a write off in stock?..so that cannot be one of the Major reasons for high Cost of Sales, as stated in their headline comments.
Welcome comments...perhaps someone with contact with management can clarify this.
