re: malfunction...being in love with a women Zinc - I do not think a rights issue is impending.
That trading is connected with this possibility.

Justification would need to be given for such an issue.
As hinted by Miningnut - possibly great drilling results leading to a large new mine commencement decision.

Also some of the major figures in Anvil management - BT himself especially - may well be like Miningnut. Difficulty in financing entitlement a problem.

Management may not want the rights issue to be too highly priced for this reason.

Flats and Stone Pony may both have interesting comments on this matter.
