I have been in this as long as you and yes it has been appalling! However pretty much the old guard who made a hash of things has gone (wish we could boot the chairman) and I have to say things look like turning around. For the first time in FY2018 there was a glimmer of light and while the heritage dogs still have issues the new ones appear to be performing.
all for hard questions at the AGM, but I am reasonably hopeful (as much as anyone who has been kicked by this share as much as I have can be), that we will see some real improvement in FY19.
