Hi Tremeer, I am a short to medium term trader so will likely trade it as such, I will perhaps sell at target level (around 30c) with a view to re entering. However the recruitment sector has been looking good of late and TWO could be lumped in this bag.
I see it as the start of a possible uptrend and will hold as long as it continues to look the part.
