The 20,000ppm coincided with an explosion in the number of species. It is probable that, without so much CO2, we would never have existed. But surely, the positive feedback CO2 global warming models would have had the earth with a Venusian atmosphere at those levels?

And a decade cannot show a trend in your graph. The trend itself is there, just as the 50 year downward trend is there. But it is not a trend in a decade. Nor does the trend indicate anything other than a warming. It gives no indication as to how the warming occurs. Actually, that data in that graph is meaningless. Who knows what it is? It needs meaningful axes marked for a start.
