I could be wrong but it looks like LPD backer when this was PLP, GTT ventures ? has just backed 4CE and its neibour AVZ in the PR Congo.
In 4CE case they appear to havnt done any drilling yet but together could become the largest lithium resource on the planet along with tin etc and might be acquiring further adjoining leases on a 30 year lease and the PRC government retaining 30% and 40% in AVZ's case who have just returned a drill hole at 200m and still open with more drill hole results to be announced shortly ?
Is L-max ready to be proven with a mini plant to be upscaled !!!
