Small businesses always have to pass along inputs costs:

For example our friend has to pass on the following costs
which have increased over the past year:
-electricity
-rates
-food (she has a cafe)
-fuel
etc etc.

She employs 3 at more than minimum wage so the $1/hr extra
on the minimum wage wont impact her; in fact it might mean
a few extra take away coffees a week!
