AOW about to make some big increases in oil and gas production
From 38 bpd to 650 bpd $$$$
The Foothills Acquisition is a game changer for the company expected to close in the coming weeks
Last quarter production was
38 barrels per day
$2600 per day
$234,000 revenue
They settled on the Peak energy and magnolia assets in October bringing new production of 312 bpd to AOW
Increasing Current December Quarter forecast production to
350 bpd
$19250 per day
$1,732,500 revenue
Then the big one
Foothills acquisition ( expected end November settlement) increased production brings in further 300 bpd to AOW
Merged assets
650 bpd
$35,750 per day
$3,217,500 Quarterly revenue
At current @$55 per barrel oil
Cost of production is roughly $25 pb
so some decent margins $$
So around $19,000 EBITDA per day ...!
They are looking to increase production to 750 bpd after work over programs next year
