Yes valuation $1.46, my experiance is that the valuations are almost always a moving target, i,e when it gets to $1.46 a new valuation will come out,
My medium term valuation 4 -5 years out is around $5, and then maybe even come that level we might yet move those goal posts out even further.

When you look at the market size in the USA alone, the figures are simply jaw dropping, and then there is still Asia pacific.
