Increased Interest in UK Venture

The Directors of Quadrant Iridium Ltd (“Quadrant” or the “Company”) are pleased to announce that the company has negotiated with its UK partner and has increased its stake in Q-Tel (Jersey) Ltd to 50%. In addition, the Company has also increased its stake in the global SMS development company, SMS Access Ltd to 40%.

The increase in ownership of both UK based entities recognises the expertise and management provided by Quadrant in driving the business. It is anticipated that this increase will drive further opportunities for revenue growth.
