My understanding of ATN is its increase participation and commmittment of the GOBI project in Indonesia.There is a certain degree of optimicism otherwise ATN won't increase its share of the project by going ahead.This is a sign that the project is on, my interpretation.Perhaps Ganderson you may have another view and may be able to enlighten us.This project alone will propel the SP upwards.I am willing to wait a little longer.
