My understanding is that all approvals need to be in place before public hearings commence especially SIA as it deals directly with the impacts on the community. However regardless of which ever comes first the coy needs the SIA approval to gain a license And it was lodged from memory early June.
Keep in mind that management have worked extremely close with the Government on this so it's disappointing that they the Government are dragging their feet in regards to the approval.
My understanding is that all approvals need to be in place...
