Given the words they used, it does like the next div is certain. In which case the the SP could drop by 3.5c when it goes ex div. So the major driver is (as you said) the Co. outlook and future divs.
Still looks like a bargain (I'm in at an avg of 25.5c). I'm holding for a while.
