sharecollector I like the fact they deal with essential services like water,electricity,telecommunication with a lot of their revenue based on long term contracts for things like electricity meter reading and maintenance on telstra's wireless broadband network.
they also are likely to pick up some significant contracts when the national broadband network is rolled out which will have a significant impact on the company going forward.
even without the dividend speculation the company has been well oversold on a fundmental basis and given market stability in the future would naturally rise even without the likelyhood of a 32% dividend yield.
