    Is the brevit line of credit empty? Could the have used the same sorce of funds that were going to pay for the bond?
    From a lenders position I think the project bond was just as risky as the ELF loan and the bond loan was aproved. I think they could have used brevit or the sorce that was paying for the project bond.
