That's right daphil. Given that we are close to exercise date June 30 2019, I expect the oppie price to be pretty close to head shares price until that date. That is unless something fantastic happens in the next month and the heads move well past the exercise price and the expectation is that they will remain higher and continue to improve in the long term, then you would expect investors to pay an increasing premium for the oppies as the exercise price is constant whereas the heads price is potentially limitless. Given the short period to exercise date, the risk that the heads will move past 6.5c and then back again under that price will keep the oppies price in check plus there is the lag time taken to submit the form plus 6.5c per oppie as cleared funds. The lodgement instructions state that payment is to be by chq and lodged with the companies registry.
Anyone paying the oppies price of $0.005 today is expecting the heads to be north of 7c by june 30th.
