    Basically an option is a purchase contract that has an expiry date.

    The ticker is MXCOD.

    Exercise price is $0.065 + (amount you already pay on the exchange)

    e.g. You buy at $0.045 then either hold & sell out OR you contact the company/registry to exercise your right to the options and pay the exercise price of $0.065. Then you are issued with shares at an initial purchase price of $0.11.

    Generally less liquid, used for leverage. Honestly would give them a miss if you aren't keen for sporadic movements. They generally trade a premium then get sold off faster if anything goes south i.e. could be worthless if the SP goes below exercise price (albeit I doubt MXC will trade at 6.5c again).
