Good point but the real winner will be the company or probably a consortium of companies that creates standard battery packs that can be swapped in and out of vehicles in a matter of seconds. It will have to be a deep pockets endeavor but the responsibility of the company would be to provided quality, properly charged battery modules for exchange (and a price) at strategically located stations...
