I accept that the picture today might not be the picture tomorrow, however it is harder to get what you want with your back to the all. A small raising to launch cellucreme will not remove the monkey. An unequivical capitalisation of the company is now required(in the absence of the bolt from the blue). This would involve an institutional raising at probably 7c or 8c the way things now stand and a rts issue to existing holders say one for one at the same price, which would not need underwriting because of the institutional raising. We are in this position because of a "gamble".
I don`t want to get into a discussion about how to capitalise POH adequately as everyone has an opinion, however I assume POH do budgets and opportunities have been lost when the ducks were quacking.
