Why would it necessarily mean OXy was taken care of? it might mean it was shoved to the backburner. Anyway, all a moot point until we know what the phase 2 is for.
This is just beyond all sense of reality.
There is no way, repeat, NO WAY, that the oxycodone patch is going to the "back burner". The Oxy patch will progress to phase 2 and then to phase 3 in a coordinated plan, and by this time next month we will know how it is to be paid for.
I think the phase 2 referred to in the release actually is oxycodone, but what if it's not? I am sure that as we go forward there will be other Phase 2 trials.
All of this is just too far out there for me, like in the vacuum of space, unmoored from everything.
