Did you miss comprehension at school? What I am saying is the volume of shares that had been traded at that time did NOT represent any major shift in belief of the majority of shareholders.

And yes sure, when volumes are very low, then yes it is possible for positive comments to influence trader decisions. In fact, when I was trading more regularly I would often check HC to gauge chat quantity, for the purpose of trading the stock. And I know a number of traders right now who do the same thing. But for the longer-term I don't believe HC has any effect whatsoever, companies will often eventually realise true value, whether that be up or down.
