If shorting, algo trading, and HFT were banned, and the share price allowed to go to fair value, we wouldn't see this persistent bot-swatting knocking the price down a tick at a time, and the share price would probably be up over the dollar mark by now, and still climbing.
Given that the market thought LYC was worth around $1.60 when the TOL was first approved in early February, surely it should be worth even more now that the paper is in hand and operations can finally get under way.
