MK can still short, buy, sell, short again over and over, making money every time, and then finally let the price run while they convert at $1.25

Interesting that we haven't seen the usual Form 604 Significant Holdings changes for over a couple of months now. Nothing from Morgan Stanley/Mitsubishi - they were the ones that showed the massive stock lending they were doing to hedgies for shorting. So we can only assume that EITHER Morgan Stanley/Mitsubishi have dropped out of the significant holders list, OR they have stopped stock lending.

Would be VERY interesting to know.... anyone have access to the latest significant holders list, by any chance?
