Here is my reasoning:
Pre announcement price: $0.37
The in the money options (exc: $0.20) are then worth about $0.20 (i through in a couple more cents to account for the leverage you will get and the long time to expiry).
That means the post announcement, pre ex-entitlement price should be about $0.57.
