final payment will take a while. The lease still hasent been approved for renewal (just an admin thing) then the wait for approval for transfer to the new owners (usually 3-4 months)
I'm not sure if the lease has a current environmental authority with DEHP- I know they were trying to make changes to it, so depending if that a condition of the sale, I would say 6 to 12 months, all going well.
