Well if the other party has 51% and you have 49% what else could it be?

What chance do we have if this basic understanding is lacking of what a takeover is actually about?

Focus are going to be used as some sort of packman to gobble up other AUS gold companies ALL on behalf of the Chinese Government - WAKE UP

Focus is being used here as the Trojan horse to consolidate the AUS gold market - it was virtually said on the interview - consolidate - yes but who is going to benefit - in my view certainly not us.

The 49% is only there to pacify the plebs - this is a takeover of Focus and far more - for me it has dangerous implications which will only become apparent when it is far too late - for Australia and others in the world.

Better start learning Chinese !
