A more important question is: How unique is our patents/solutions/products? Can competitors get similar solutions without infringing on our patents? Are they really 3 years behind suggesting within 3 years they can catch up or are we protected by patents where they can't catch up? Or do they have research programs which already or about to breach this 3 year gap? Do they need us? I am trying to work this out to see if I should be buying more?
