I just got the impression from him that he makes sure there is absolutely no chance that anyone can use inside information. I would think that even contractors would be obligated under their legal agreement not to buy within a certain time-frame of their work. I'm probably being naive.

If they could visibly see something I believe that would be a material event and should be announced to the market. One of the reasons I like Rick is that those things don't seem to happen in his charge.

I have noticed over the years that the companies in which this does happen, seldom last long. Investors need to feel they have as complete information as is possible.

Gotta say though, I have been here the whole 3 years and it is somewhat of a relief to see some volume. I just hope it isn't the fly-in/fly-out crew that make a buck for a few weeks then move on. This interest needs to be sustained for any more meaningful SP movement.
