If the milestones are delivered in the order they were presented at the AGM, ethics/governance approval should occur before IND lodgement, and before the completion of the safety studies (which we're told to expect by June). Considering the AML ethics approval took 5 months to receive in 21/22 you would expect ethics submission imminently if there's any hope of receiving approval by June (I think it takes longer and overlaps with IND).
Note that IND lodgement precedes first patient dosing...
