Silica Sands demand significantly increasing as is underlying prices
A1 jurisdiction with tenements mostly on private land = just need farmers to sign off and not the stringent EP required for government land (big issue for VRX).
I'm taking a decent position here. Will run hard with low SOI and tightly held.
