Gosh you have to acknowledge that they have to get everything into place and to the satisfaction of the ASX before they can move further. I would say that they must have the SSA and the NOM into the ASX by now judging by the comment in the last announcement.
I can only presume they are waiting on the thumbs up from the ASX before releasing the relevant documents in an announcement. We could be just a day from that or a few days. But in some ways it is now a case of Indus and New Era waiting for that thumbs up signal. It will happen soon.
