As previously mentioned in my opinion the Mining Licence is imminent. Its just a matter of the DMR crew returning from vacation and the Minister and others signing off.

With the 2014 Indaba Conference scheduled for Feb 3rd it would be a great opportunity for Minister Susan Shabangu in her key address speech to make reference to the Garatau JV between Zijin and Genorah/NKP.

I am therefore hopeful that the Mining Licence may be issued before month end.
