    please allow me to add one more question:
    Why the current board-directors want to stay in their
    position? Big why!

    Hint: 13M$ spending money in 2 years.

    I guess/beleive that part of the 13M$ found its way to an account that will secure the future of their kids.

    It is immoral to spend 13M$ in 2 years in administration cost!

    just for the record, I do not beleive in gli as well.
