Amer - I have absolutely no problem with your opinions. As I've posted before - I agree 100% regarding the current board's scandalous spending of capital for no return.

But I still think that voting them off and letting GLI get control would be a much worse move.

Perhaps this will act as a wake-up call to the current board?

Or perhaps GLI will make another, better offer if they fail this time?

Who knows - but I still think it would be safer to keep the current lot for the time being. Yes they have been spending like there's no tomorrow. Yes they have skipped from one project to another. Yes they have spent more on admin than on exploration. All bad stuff indeed.

But I just get the feeling that GLI have - MUST have - a hidden agenda. Otherwise, WHY would they even bother with IDG in the first place? Nobody on here has bothered to try and answer me that question yet. Or perhaps they have conveniently not asked themselves that question.....

There is more - MUCH more - going on here than meets the eye.

Keep the current board, bad as they are, and see what happens. If you're worried about your money, then sell on the market - I'm sure GLI will buy the shares!
