    Do u know when GLE start buying idg? if they bought the bulk of their holding 2 years ago, your question is
    irrelevant. However, if they bought the bulck of their holding 2-5 months ago, then, as u mentioned, why they bought if they knew it is badly managed...

    I guess it depends when they (GLE) bought the shares....

    I also respect your opinion.
