Anyone following this stock knows it was always going to be paid in June RAF. It cost them no more to pay then. It was actually a strange contract to be fair as there was no incentive to settle earlier. The notion it was deferred is a slight misnomer.
If anything it has made it look worse because people think they deferred payment because they didn't have the money/plan but it was almost always guaranteed they were going to pay in June. Should they have paid and settled early? Maybe? Maybe they thought the share price would be strong in June so it meant they didn't have to allocate as many shares as part of the $3m in equity. Maybe they banked on the PFS and growth in resource to encourage a CR.
Anyone who truly thinks we don't need Indee is to quote a term 'off chops'.
One thing though - Simon is either incredibly foolish or comfortably aware of the way forward for the fact he referenced KL in his last video. I would hate to think you would reference KL and their strong cash flow without even believing KL would assist with Indee.
