They also need to pay $3M in equity on top of the $9.7M cash. So one would hope the SP is higher than .08c.
For me - Indee $9.7M needs to be cleared up. That paves the way for the PFS, results from our better prospects, increase in resource and hopefully a higher VWAP by the time July comes around so the $3M in equity shares is not as bad.
They also need to pay $3M in equity on top of the $9.7M cash. So...
