*We are seeking Production Associates at our York manufacturing facility for our 2nd shift (4 PM-2 AM) 4 days per week/10 hour shifts.

Job Summary:
Production Associates hand assemble medical devices safely and efficiently and perform inspections on components and final products to ensure quality product is produced consistently at the production rates and yield levels desired.
Essential Job Functions:
· Hand assemble medical devices and perform final product and component inspections so as to ensure efficient production of medical device products in accordance with FDA and ISO standards.
· Monitor the performance of assembly and inspection equipment to maintain product quality and reduce waste.
· Consistently complete production in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMPs.
· Load components and operate manual assembly fixtures.
· Ensure that components, work in progress and raw materials are always available to the next operator and shift to ensure continuous production.
· Train other Production Associates in clean room operations, hand assembly, inspection, and documentation.
· Clean and maintain assigned equipment and work area to cGMPs standards and SOPs.
· Perform visual inspections to identify and reject components or final products containing defects.
· Perform any other task assigned by the Production Rom Leader or Production Manager and support them and business unit leadership to ensure that production and business goals are met.
Our Requirements:
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required; trade school education or an A.S. is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of on-the-job training and experience as a machine operator is required.
Must be able to stand to operate equipment and perform quality tests up to 60% of a shift.
Must be comfortable working in a clean room and wearing gowning which includes a face mask.
