It is a simple matter of deduction. Unilife has written off US$26 million related to the PFS. Sanofi paid Unilife US$43 million under various agreements for the PFS. ERGO, Unilife is out or going out of the PFS business and Sanofi gets nothing after much spent in time and money. To me, the take away is that if I am Sanofi, I would never do business with Unilife again. You can think differently and chose to see life through rose colored glasses, that's your choice. For your sake, I hope you are right and I am wrong.
As to the Company stating they have strong relationships with their customers, what do you expect them to say? You may also notice the clever wording around that statement, they didn't say "all" their customers, just their customers. That could mean two customers and it wouldn't be a lie but you are surmising more than two I suppose.
