Yes most definitely the board members are looking out for themselves thats why they hired an independant to investigate the issue. If i was on the board and innocent i would do the same as i would want to keep my cushy job. i would want that stain to be the potential leak if there was one or clear everyone if it is the way information gets passed down that caused this and fix it. that big of a write down they should of put a trading halt on i believe but from what i read the information got officially released out of trading time so they figured they didnt need to. concerning point is what about the 2 days of plummeting beforehand. thats what the independant is for.
