Let the fun begin. The I.E.R. states that the offer on the table is fair and reasonable. However, the OTT Independant Directors disagree. Let us hope that all Directors abide by the requirement to act in the best interests of the shareholders. If I recall correctly, some high profile Director up in Sydney was jailed for not doing so.
