I believe, after the consolidation it will go for a little run and then probably settle into the teens.

Pre-consolidation they will release "news" to get it up over 2 cents. Caveat Emptor.

I believe many will be stuck with this baby for a long time at huge losses.

I also believe that the capital raising for such a company with such prospects is pretty pathetic and probably indicates the real support behind the company.

Surely you didn't expect anything other than stellar comments in the so called "independant report"? That's what they are paid for.
