On the surface its based on fact ... but doesnt take into account

1] Director selling GUJ to cap the price
2] Piddly purchase of INR @59 cents to "Inflate" INR

And the whole deal is based on that!

But, diddlysquat we can do about it

One good thing: The dynamics are finally changing & GUJ/O have started to move
