management and operators
financiers/bankers
independant engineers
and ofcourse all other shareholders

Back to the facts on that valuation.

WD Von Gonten & Co are widely and highly respected as independant O & G engineers internationally.
That is why financial institutions use them for valuations.
Yet you suggest that they would risk their reputation for a small Co like AVD. Your assertion is ludicrous.
Not a very reasonable position to take, imho.

WD Von Gonten was selected to perform the valuation for the purposes of the Sterling bank redetermination conducted earlier this year. As is standard practise the client (AVD) paid for the cost of the report. There is nothing untoward in this as you mischeviously suggest. This was the valuation used by the bank when extending and increasing the AVD credit facility.
These are the facts, i have confirmed them.
