* the Tullow share offer component is derisory as only half Hardman shares will be able to take part - its not about 1:5 - its close to 1:10. You can't even swap smoothly into a better managed company - and Tullow is better managed.
* the deal was signed a day or so after a two or three year low in Hardman shares - was this board panicking? Is that why the deal is so cr*ppy and so in Tullow's favour?
* Lets hope some more enterprenurail Aussie fund, wealthy investors, maybe even ROC oil - come up with something to challenge Tullow - I have never seen such a shallow, craven sellout of shareholder interests as this.
