"The board and RC need to be replaced ASAP to forestall any more attacks deliberately aimed towards weakening shareholder control"

Pray tell how do you intend to get 51% of the shares (who vote) to remove the Board, given that on the last occasion 65% of shares (who voted) were in favor of keeping them ?

How do you convert a 65% in favor to a 49% in favor? Or more accurately how do you convert a 35% in favor to a 51 % in favor?.

Particularly given that, the retail shareholders are probably selling out on a daily basis.

At the last top 20 it discloses 30% of shares held by 20 heads.

Other than some white Knight charging in from places unknown, the ONLY way I can see shareholders getting a better price is for them to garner enough heads to vote NO on any future SOA and hope that MB will go hostile.

Given the apathy of the 8,000 shareholders (less 2,000 who voted) ie 6,000 I think it is highly unlikely that the 6,000 ( or at last 2,500) will unify and vote against any SOA.

I suspect (but cannot say with certainty) that 15 cents will be the next SOA offer.

That will not enrage the balance of the 6,000 to do anything !
